my mom and my 14-year-old niece arrive tomorrow afternoon; it’s the niece’s first time here. i am very excited bout showing her around; i am less excited about ho wmuch time i’ll have to spend in midtown this week. but then, thanksgiving, yay!

i’m sick. it sucks. i missed work tuesday and am "working from home" today.
in other news, i went to the new shrink yesterday and he’s GREAT!! he sems very conscientious and and non-threatening (unlike dr butthole) AND he has an office DOG!! he’s a bichon frise, but still, better than no dog.
